Lapel Pin Product Description
Pin badges are excellent promotional products for businesses, charities, clubs and groups. Traditionally they are smaller than other badge types and affixed to the lapel with a stick pin.
Order Process
Our order process is easy and includes a FREE design service, should you need help with your idea or artwork. Start by GETTING IN TOUCH or by filling out the START QUOTE form where you can specify your product options. Once complete and approved we start the manufacturing process before delivering your product directly to your door.

What is a Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)
Due to the process of manufacturing this product, we cannot supply ONE-OFF pieces as this would not be cost-efficient for our customers. The biggest advantage of minimum order quantities is that the price per unit decreases the more you order.
Product Design
You can supply your artwork files or design ideas via the quote or contact us forms. If you need help developing the idea we offer a FREE design service where one of our Product Designers will take your brief and create all of the artwork files for you. Once completed, you approve the layout, colours, and specifications before the manufacturing process starts.
We can accept the following file formats:

Additional Details
Lapel pins are small badges worn on clothing, more often on the lapel of a jacket, attached to a bag, or displayed on a piece of fabric. Design an ornamental lapel pin or create an intricate insignia to show the wearer’s affiliation to your organisation, cause, charity, or club.
Lapel pins are manufactured using Stainless Steel, Aluminium or Brass metals and enamel. Once your design is approved, we create an engraved die based on your design, a metal blank is then stamped from this mould and cutting tools trim the excess to reveal your chosen shape.
Following this, a finish is then added (if required) and coloured enamel is laid in. The final stage of the lapel pin manufacturing process is the addition of an epoxy resin topcoat that protects your pin badge from surface damage.
