We offer two different types of cloth embroidered products, Badges and Patches. Cloth embroidery is an age-old tradition where an image is transferred onto a fabric backing then thread is carefully stitched on. This stitching gives a textured, raised feeling and typically an embroidered overlocked edge. With a choice of three different types of backing, sew-on, iron-on, or velcro, cloth embroidery is extremely versatile, colourful, and fully washable.

Cloth Embroidered Badges

Our embroidered badges are made in a traditional spherical shape. All badges are produced to the highest standard and quality and are custom made for your design. Fully customisable in a variety of sizes, they offer great creative freedom.

Cloth Embroidered Patches

Cloth Embroidered Patches are designed and produced in a variety of shapes and sizes, from square to cut out. If you’re looking for something a little out of the ordinary patches are a great option.

Cloth Woven

Woven cloth badges and patches are created by weaving fine threads together. This process results in a flatter, smoother surface, and can achieve a greater level of detail in the design, especially for smaller text.

How To Design and order our products

Designing and ordering your perfect badge order couldn’t be simpler, either send us your design or let our experienced creative team design it for you. The choice is yours.

Quote

A quotation is the best way to start your relationship with us. Simply send us an email or call our friendly customer service team, so we can discuss your idea and requirements in more detail. Please note that some products have a minimum quantity order number.

Design

Some customers will already have their artwork, you can simply send it through as we can replicate any design, colour, or shape. In case you need help, you’re welcome to collaborate with our helpful design team and together we can produce your perfect creation.

Order

Once your order has been processed and all the design elements are complete, we then start the production of your consignment. We keep you informed throughout the entire process then ship your order directly to your door.
