If you have the design, great; if not, we can design it for you for free. For this reason, you need to either send us a generic enquiry or fill out a more detailed order request.

We have made it simple for you to attach artwork or ideas to both enquiries and order requests. Once we receive your email and start a relationship we can also securely receive transfered files.
We pride ourselves on excellent customer care. Ensuring that you are happy with your product specifications before it goes to production means that only once your design is complete and approved by you will it go into production.
As each product is custom-made, we need to set up and create the base mould or templates. For this reason, there is a minimum number of products that we can produce. This MOQ number can be found next to each product in the specific description.
